4. ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
Applicants are required to meet
all of the following conditions. (A) Master's Program (1)To have completed or to be expected to complete before enrollment 16 years of formal educational program equivalent to that of Japan (2)To have other than Japanese nationality (B) Doctoral Program (1)To have or to be expected to acquire before enrollment a master's degree (2)To have other than Japanese nationality 5. Complete and submit all required
documents. *Please refer to the List for Oridinary Program Application Docuements 6. ADMISSION SCHEDULE
7. ADMISSION DECISION
The applicant will be notified of the admission decision by express mail
before above mentioned date, "Notification of admission Decision".
8. ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES
Successful applicants must
follow the enrollment procedures. Along with the pass notice, Notification
of Enrollment Procedures will be sent. In accordance with this, successful
applicants must make the payments described below and submit the required
documents within the specified time period. Until they have completed
the necessary procedures, their admission will not be officially granted.
(1) Required Payment at the Time of Enrollment (October 2008 enrollees' example)
(2) Payment Due Period April 2010 Enrollment: February 19 to 26, 2010 October 2010 Enrollment: Not yet decided 9. STUDENT FEES
Enrollees should wire transfer
tuition fee, cost of experiments and laboratory work, and fee for
facilities improvement before the beginning of each semester in accordance
with the instruction given separately. Necessary payment for each
semester is described below. Necessary payment for the 1st semester
is included in the payment required at the time of enrollment.

10. SPECIAL NOTICE
(1) If you
are an applicant for the master's program and still studying in the
bachelor's program, a verified original graduation certificate from
the bachelor's program in English issued by your university will be
required before your enrollment can be complete. It is indispensable
and should clearly state that you have graduated from your program.
If you are not able to produce such a document, your enrollment will
not be admitted. (2) If you are an applicant for the doctoral program and still working towards your master's degree, a verified original master's degree certificate in English from your university will be required before your enrollment can be complete. It is indispensable and should clearly state that you have acquired your master's degree. If you are not able to produce such a document, your enrollment will not be admitted. 11.
