Original Bachelor's degree Academic Transcript in English. (Include date of issue).
Photocopy or English translation should be verified (e.g. bearing a school stamp) by the university from which you received your Bachelor's degree

Original Master's degree Academic Transcript in English. (Include date of issue).
Photocopy or English translation should be verified (e.g. bearing a school stamp) by the university from which you received your Master's degree

Original Master's Degree Certificate in English.
Photocopy or English translation should be verified (e.g. bearing a school stamp)by the university from which you received your Master's degree
.*If you are still working towards your master’s degree, submit a certificate issued by university which states the expected date of acquisition of your master’s degree. Use KUT official SSP form No. 1.

(1) Past fields of study in English--- approximately 1page
(2) Research outline in English--- Research outline which you plan to do at KUT, 1 to 2 pages.

Two Recommendation Letters in English. Use KUT official SSP form No. 2. .
Recommendation letters must be written by;
1) Your academic supervisor or professor. (can be your immediate supervisor at your educational/ research institution, or company if you're working)
2) Dean or head of the department of your master's degree program.
If you cannot obtain recommendation letters from person stated above, please clarify the reason.

7.

Certificate of Health in English issued within the past 6 months.
Use KUT official SSP form No.3.

8.

Two recent head-and-shoulders photographs of yourself.
(3cm wide and 4cm high. Write your name in block letter on the back)

Rank certificate (in English) for Bachelor's and Master's program issued by the university, stating your rank in the class. (e.g. 2nd out of 25 students )

・

Copies of your past publications including graduation thesis.

・

Certificate of English ability ( such as TOEFL, IELTS, CET, etc )

・

Copy of your passport or other identification documents such as citizenship certificate, birth certificate, etc.
