Each presenter is allocated 15 minutes for his presentation (12 minutes presentation and 3 minutes discussion). OHPs and computers will be available. There will be NO SLIDE PROJECTORS.

Matters that requiring attention about computer presentation are:

1. IBM compatible computers with MS Windows 98 Japanese Version are prepared. Participants CAN NOT use their own computer because frequency of the video output does not synchronize with our projector.
2. Applications are MS Power Point and MS Internet Explorer.
3. It is recommended that those planning to make computer presentation prepare OHP sheets as well in case there is any technical problem.
4. Computer has a floppy disk drive for 1.44MB. Participants should bring their file in floppy disks. If the file size is too large to be saved in a single disk, it should be divided into plural disks. The divided files can be merged at break time before the presentation.
