1) On campus
156 single dormitory rooms are available from 26th evening to 30th morning
to participants arriving from overseas.
Each room is furnished with a bed, a desk, a refrigerator, an air conditioner,
a TV set and video player (NTSC) and has a private bathroom. A bottle of
drinking water, a cup, a face towel, a small towel for general use, a bar
of soap and 1 roll of toilet paper are provided. Please bring with you
other necessary items, e.g. toothbrush, toothpaste, bath towel, shampoo,
slippers, etc. These items may be purchased from the campus store (opening
hours: 09:00-15:00)
The telephone in the room is available for contact within the campus.
Domestic and international telephone calls can be made from public telephone
booths at various locations on the campus. Pre-paid telephone cards can
be purchased from the campus store.
The dormitory rooms are used by students during the term. Before vacating
their rooms during the term break, students locked their procession in
the wardrobe inside the room. The wardrobe is therefore not available for
your use. Also please note that being student dormitories, no smoking nor
drinking (alcohol) is allowed in the dormitory rooms.
As there are no restaurants around the campus, we recommend that you
reserve breakfast and dinner together with your room reservation.

2) Hotel accommodation
Participants residing in Japan and accompanying persons should reserve
their accommodation off campus with our official travel agent, Tobu Travel

Tobu Travel has reserved a sufficient number of rooms for participants
and accompanying persons at the following 5 hotels:
