NOTICE ! Registration forms are prepared in two kind of file formats, PDF file and MSword6.0/95 file. You can open PDF file without MSword, but PDF file require Adobe Acrobat Reader which is free software to browse PDF files. Click button below to get it. If you use MSword, MSword6.0/95 file will be convenient.

There are 3 types of registration forms:

1. Registration form S can be used by anyone who does not wish to join all the programs being arranged for participants.

2. Registration form P is ideal for those planning to join all the functions. The ¥29,500 covers
   • One set of the conference proceedings
   • Coffee breaks
   • Party on 28th
   • Transportation from Kansai International Airport or Osaka City to KUT on 26th
   • Transportation from KUT to Kansai International Airport or Osaka City on 30th
   • Technical visit on 29th
   • Lunches on 27th, 28th and 29th

3. Registration form A is for accompanying persons. However if you wish to join any of the programs being arranged for accompanying persons you may purchase the tickets during the conference on a space available basis.

Receipts will be issued as follows:

• For Registration Form S and A - itemized according to the functions selected
• For Registration Form P - in total amount

Please note that all registered participants and their accompanying persons will be invited to a Welcome Reception hosted by the organizer.
