We will publish your doctoral thesis using the Kochi University of Technology Academic Information Repository. Please check the following information and complete the necessary procedures by the deadline.
◆Registration, Publication, and Timing
(1) Registration and Publication:
Dissertations will be registered and published on the Kochi University of Technology Academic Resource Repository.
(2) Timing of Publication:
Publication will be made promptly after the degree is officially approved.
(3) Publication Deferral:
Ifthe full text cannot be published promptly due to unavoidable circumstances, approval from the University (Dean of the Graduate School of Engineering) is required.
If publication cannot be made within one year, a summary of the dissertation must be published instead of the full text.
Important Notes
1.In order to publish a thesis online to the public, the author’s consent is required under the Copyright Act regarding the rights of reproduction and public transmission. (Publication of the doctoral dissertation via the Internet is mandated by Article 9 of the Degree Regulations. If this agreement form is not submitted, the degree will not be conferred.)
2.Upon publication, it will be clearly stated on the Kochi University of Technology Academic Resource Repository that reproduction, printing, downloading, and similar uses of the data are strictly limited to purposes of research, education, or study.
3.If you wish to request a postponement of the publication of your dissertation due to unavoidable reasons, approval from the Dean of the Graduate School of Engineering is required. The postponement period is limited to one year after the conferral of the degree. If you wish to extend the postponement beyond one year, a “Summary of the Dissertation” will be published in place of the full text during the extended period. Therefore, when applying for a postponement exceeding one year, please be sure to submit the “Summary of the Dissertation” at the time of application.
4.Once the dissertation has been registered and made public in the Kochi University of Technology Academic Repository, the publication status cannot, in principle, be changed.

◆登録・公表方法および公表の時期について
（１）登録・公表・・・高知工科大学学術情報リポジトリに登録し公表します。
（２）公表の時期・・・学位承認後、速やかに公表します。
（３）公表の延期・・・やむを得ない事由により、速やかに論文全文を公表できない場合は、大学(工学研究科長)の承認が必要です。また、１年以内に公表できない場合は、論文全文に代えてその内容を要約したものを公表する必要があります。

＜注意事項＞
１. 学位論文をインターネットを利用し学外へ公表するために、著作権法の複製権・公衆送信権について、著作者（執筆者）の許諾が必要です。（学位論文はインターネットの利用により公表することが学位規則第９条により義務づけられており、承諾書を提出しない場合、学位は授与されません。）
２. 公表にあたり、高知工科大学学術情報リポジトリ上に、「データの複製・印刷・ダウンロード等は、調査研究・教育または学習を目的とした場合に限定する」ことを明示します。
３. やむを得ない事由により、論文全文の公表の延期を希望する場合は、工学研究科長の承認が必要です。公表の延期は学位取得から１年間を限度とします。１年を超えて延期する場合には、延期中の期間には、論文全文に代えて「論文の要約」が公表されるため、『１年を超えての公表の延期を申請する際には申請と同時に』「論文の要約」を必ず提出してください。
４. 高知工科大学学術情報リポジトリに登録し、一度でも公表した場合、公表状態については原則変更できません。

◆高知工科大学学術機関リポジトリへの登録について
高知工科大学学術機関リポジトリ(以下、「リポジトリ」)とは、本学で生成された教育研究成果物を一元的に保存し、インターネット上で公開するシステムです。リポジトリに登録すると、学外に一般公開されます。
修士論文をリポジトリに登録する場合は、指導教員の承諾が必要です。
「学術リポジトリ登録承諾書」に指導教員の署名もしくは記名・押印のうえ、図書事務課まで提出してください。
～教員のみなさま～
学生が手続きについてよく理解しないまま、リポジトリ登録の承諾書を提出しているケースが多くみられます。学位論文の公表については、学生の意志を十分にご確認ください。

＊KUTLMS（マイコース）から「卒業論文の公表に間する質問事項」に回答し、論文等をアップロードする形で提出してください。
＊WORDファイルは、端末にダウンロードしたうえでご利用ください。
＊学群(システム工学群は系)によって、提出方法が異なる場合があります。ご自身が所属する学群(系)の事務室に必ず確認してから、手続きを行うようにしてください。
＊科目「卒業研究」の単位を修得した学生のうち、単位数又は在学年数等の未充足により、ただちに卒業しない学生の卒業論文は、学位が授与される年度に、当該学生が所属する学群のページにて卒業論文を公表します。
