Details2 (2)-(6) Basic technology of Large Scale Integration (LSI) Clean technology for LSI industry, Basic fabrication processes of CMOS-LSI, Technologies of depositions, photolithography, ion implantation, annealing, etc.  
Details3 (7)-(8) Current topics in Flat Panel Displays (FPD) Principle and technology for flat panel display (LCDs), including plasma-display (PDP), organic light emitting diode display (OLED), electric paper display (e-paper) principles of LCD, future displays, etc  
Details4 (7)-(10) Thin-Film Transistor (TFT) Technology Theory of metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) FET, Structure and fabrication processes of TFTs, Carrier transport in TFT. Influence of carrier traps on electrical properties, evaluation, and reliability. Production yield technology.
