156 single dormitory rooms
are available from 26th evening to 30th morning to participants
arriving from overseas.
As there are no restaurants around the campus, we recommend
that you reserve breakfast and dinner together with your room
reservation.

Hotel accommodation
Participants residing in Japan and accompanying persons should
reserve their accommodation off campus with our official travel

Transportation
Free shuttle bus services will be provided between KUT and
the four designated hotels. Click here for the Time
Table.
Alternate accommodation
If you come in a group and would like to stay at a Japanese
style hotel with a hot spring, "Ryuga-Onsen" which
is 10 minute walk from KUT is ideal. The rate is JPY9,000 per
night per person for a shared tatami room (four or more persons
in a room). This rate includes breakfast and dinner.

81 887-52-2714. Please note that the hotel has no English speaking
staff.
