A KUT international student received student presentation award and Lecturer Otani won the best presentation award at the spring symposium of the Chemical Society of Japan

From March 24th to 27th, the 96th spring symposium of the Chemical Society of Japan was held at Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan. Ms. Farkfun Duriyasart, a doctoral student of Graduate School of Engineering earned student presentation award and Lecturer Masataka Otani won the best presentation award.

The Chemical Society of Japan founded in 1878 is the biggest chemical society with about 30,000 members in Japan. These awards were given to the participants whose further research activities are expected and showed the best performance of presentation including question-and-answer session.
