It is difficult to construct scale-free industries for rural areas. We define an innovative property, scale-sensitive, that presents social structures suitable for rural areas. Our laboratory aims to plan and deploy scale-sensitive industries for the revitalization of rural areas, based on the results of studies of renewable energy oriented power grids and telecommunication networks. |
