Radiative Energy Transfer Laboratory
An urgent and difficult challenge in the world today is the development of affordable, renewable energy supply technology to meet the demand resulting from current global economic growth pressure. In our group, we are focusing on semiconductor electronics research, using wide band-gap semiconductor materials to fabricate thin films, nanoparticles, nanorods, and nanodevices, and also to discover nano-scale mechanisms. Our advanced nano-materials will be applied in lighting technology (LED), sensors, solar cells and other electronic devices. |
