The Ambassador of Embassy of the Czech Republic visited Kochi University of Technology

On May 16^th, Mr. Tomáš Dub, Ambassador of Embassy of the Czech Republic in Japan, and Mr. Marcel Sauer, Head of Commercial and Economic Section, Embassy of the Czech Republic visited Kochi University of Technology（KUT). President Masahiko Isobe, Prof. Toshihiko Maeda, Dean of the School of Environmental Science and Engineering, and Prof. Hiroshi Shima, Chair of International Relations Center, welcomed Ambassador Tomáš Dub and Mr. Marcel Sauer.

The School of Environmental Science and Engineering of Kochi University of Technology and University of Hradec Králové of Czech Republic (UHK) signed an academic cooperation and student exchange agreement on Nov. 4^th 2016. This agreements are going to be expanded and KUT and UHK are scheduled to enter into an academic cooperation and student exchange agreement soon.
