On January 11th, Vice President Wanli Yang and two delegates from Zhuhai College of Jilin University, China visited Kochi University of Technology (KUT). President Masahiko Isobe and Vice President Akihiro Shimizu appreciated the delegation's visit. Prof. Hiroshi Shima, the chair of International Relation Center, Prof. Masanori Hamamura, Dean of School of Information, Designated Prof. Shinichiro Sakikawa, International Relations Center and Prof. Xiangshi Ren, School of Information who has been contributed to both universities relationship also welcomed the delegation. The delegation had another meeting with faculty members of School of Information which has been kept close relationship since entering into exchange agreement and discussed the further exchange and collaboration development.

Zhuhai College of Jilin University entered into academic exchange agreement with KUT in 2015. School of Information, KUT has been accepting 5 students every year from 2015.
