(1) List for Ordinary Master’s Program Application Documents
| 1. | Application form ---- applicant’s signature (on page 4) should be handwritten, NOT typed. |
| 2. | Verified original transcript in English from the university, attesting to your performance in your bachelor’s program. (Include date of issue) |
| 3. | Verified original graduation certificate from your bachelor's program in English. Or if you are still in the program, verified original certificate in English issued by your university specifying your expected date of graduation from the bachelor’s program. (Include date of issue) |
| 4. | Research outline (A plan of your proposed research at KUT and summary of research that you have conducted, approximately 500 words) in English. |
| 5. | Verified original certificate of health in English. |
| 6. | Two signed letters of recommendation on the form provided by the university |

Verified original graduation certificates in English issued by each school (elementary to high school) which attest that you have completed 12 years of formal educational program equivalent to that of Japan before enrolling in the bachelor's program * If such certificates are not available, verified original certificate in English issued by the university from which you have graduated or at which you are still studying, to show that you had completed 12 years of formal educational program equivalent to that of Japan before enrolling in the university |
*After you are admitted, we may request a copy of your passport. If you don't have one, a copy of any identification document may be requested (e.g. copy of family register, citizenship certificate, or birth certificate.)
(2) List for Ordinary Doctoral Program Application Documents
ALL items listed below must arrive at the International Relations Division by the specified deadline date. The documents submitted will not be returned.

| 3. | Verified original transcript in English from the university, attesting to your performance in your master’s program. (Include date of issue) |
| 4. | Verified original master's degree certificate in English from the university.Or if you are still working towards your master's degree, verified original certificate in English issued by your university specifying the expected date of your acquisition of your master’s degree. |
| 5. | Research outline (A plan of your proposed research at KUT and summary of research that you have conducted, approximately 1,000 words) in English. |
| 6. | Verified original certificate of health in English. |
| 7. | Two signed letters of recommendation on the form provided by the university. |
