Location

Hinomiko River Park Camp Site, 〒781-4225 Kōchi-ken, Kami-shi, Kahoku-chō, Nishinomine 59.
(日ノ御子河川公園キャンプ場、〒781-4225　高知県香美市香北町西峯59)

We will use the riverbed area. We will meet under the bridge.
(イベントは河原で行います。橋の下で集合しましょう。)

Kids will learn

■How to make pizza dough. (ピザ生地の作り方)
■Why dough rises. (なぜ生地が膨らむのか)
■How to cook in a wood-fired oven. (薪のオーブンで調理する方法)

What to bring

■Bread flour, Large mixing Bowl, & pizza toppings (cheese, meat,
veggies) (小麦粉、大きめのボール、ピザのトッピング(チーズ・お肉・野菜))
■Healthy snack for kids while waiting for pizza to rise (about 1.5
hour)(ピザが膨らむのを待つ間(約1.5時間)のおやつ)
■Drink (飲み物)
■Swim wear & life jacket if swimming in river (川で泳ぐ場合は水着とライフジャケット)
■Camp chair (optional) (キャンプ用の椅子(必要な方は))

Kochi University of Technology is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur at events. A parent or guardian must accompany each child during events. Events are intended to bring together kids & parents who are interested in communicating in English. 'Teaching' English is not the main purpose of this program.
