It is necessary and huge challenge for us to develop affordable, renewable energy supply to to meet the global economic growth pressure in the world. In our group, we are focusing on the semiconductor electronics research using wide band-gap semiconductor materials to fabricate nanoparticles, nanorods and nanodevices as well as reveal the mechanism. The advanced nano-materials will be applied in the lighting (LED), solar cells and other electronic devices.
