詳細  本研究室では、半導体エレクトロニクスを活用するため、酸化物半導体材料を用いて、ナノ粒子、ナノロッドなど1次元のナノ構造を新しい手法で作製します。さらに、ナノ構造体の成長メカニズムの解明を目指した研究を進めています。ナノ材料合成や構造に基づいた省エネ・照明、太陽電池やセンサーへの応用を目指しています。
