Our group is using ion beam accelerators and transmission electron microscopes to investigate the effects of ion and electron irradiation on semiconductor materials (e.g. silicon, germanium, and III-V compound semiconductors). In addition, we are attempting to modify materials and fabricate nanostructured materials under non-equilibrium conditions.
