Laboratory/research office	Security Systems Laboratory Network service systems represented by the Internet play important roles as a social infrastructure. In smooth operations and utilizations of the infrastructure, security technologies are indispensable. Encryption and authentication methods which become a core of the security technologies are contrived theoretically, and applied services and systems of those methods are also discussed in this laboratory. Researches and developments about various security topics of ICT widely together with aspects of educations, enlightenments, and legislations will be important issues.
