Areas of specialization
Laboratory/research office Corporate Control
Corporate scandals in recent years have serious influences on various social systems(e.g., amendment of corporate law, revision of new audit standards, and establishment of new capital market rules). The results of empiricalresearch based on the theories of corporate governance and auditing will suggest causes of corporate fraud.
